Why did we decide to name our BBQ restaurant Rebel BBQ? It’s not just a name, it’s an attitude of our own style. It has nothing to do with a region or style of BBQ. We are REBEL, we use a mixture of wet and dry rub and smoke our meats long and slow for 14 hours to give that deep rich Smokey flavor. But that’s not all, that’s just the beginning, now we take that succulent juicy meat and we prepare unique plates, sandwiches and salad, all fresh, made to order. We have Cubans, teriyaki –o- ring, BLTC with pulled pork. Our name, our style our reputation is at stake, which is why we use top quality ingredients throughout our recipes and meats. Yes, of course it’s more expensive, but you will taste the difference. We have been smoking meats now for over ten years in Blythe and in Lake Havasu City and am proud of what we put on the plate, you will not be disappointed.
